Mr Memory

Wrong or broken part but fixed quickly.

I ordered a memory module for a laptop based on Mr Memory's recommendation of the part needed but when it arrived it didn't work. The old module was of a faster speed grade so they sent a replacement to the faster spec and it worked fine. It wasn't clear whether the original was faulty or the laptop needed a faster grade but anyway it was sorted painlessly.
