Ordered the four products from their january sale, stated on sales form that products would be in stock for delivery from the 21st of jan, after hearing no communication on 21st jan and for two days after, i was emailed after emailing customer services to say stock wouldnt be available till the 31st jan for delivery. I use thge website as needed good quality irems for a trekking holiday. Goods orderded arrived after i return home, still use in the future. Felt let down by poor communication on stock availabilty and delivery times, if they honest up front I wouldnt feel so let down, Have purchased twice before and not had previously bad customer service.
