Overall, not a bad service for the money, but a few minor niggles

Courteous staff and only small observations

When you are stood in the cold wind a promise of a 5-10 minutes wait that takes a little over 15 minutes isn't welcome. This is more down to managing expectations, the times should be accurate or even over.

A slight worry about security. You are given a business card with instructions to call for a pickup. There didn't appear to be any system to confirm the owners identity.

On return a document was needed to identify any damage, although not on the drop-off. This can only work in favor of the customer, so not a problem.

Overall, not a bad service for the money.
