Rock + Run

Rock and Run "does what it says on the tin"

You deal with knowledgeable people who are not just trying to sell you something. You get the impression they actually care about whether the stuff they sell will help you enjoy your days out.
Never had any problems, even with returns (a rare thing)
Have been a fan from the days of the shop in Ambleside.

Some of the deals are fantastic value.
