Very slow action

I gave all my details some months ago. There has been no sign of completion which I find totally unacceptablether company.

Each application for insurance is assessed on an individual’s personal health and lifestyle circumstances and can therefore create varying delays in underwriting. This is to ensure that each policy is accurately underwritten.

With any application we care very much about expediting any processes in place during an assessment for insurance and aim to bring all applications to a speedy conclusion. However, it is vitally important that each case is diligently processed, which of course all customers should expect and are entitled to.

We aim to keep all customers fully up to date with any delays in processing at each stage.
