placed order and advised early delivery in 2 days. This then changed to 7 - 10 days. Order then cancelled by XL and we reinstated and given another 7 - 10 day delivery. By this time the reason the goods had been ordered was fast approaching. Order then cancelled by XL on at least 3 more occasions and repeated calls failed to enable us to understand why this was happening. Order delivered on day of need - party in garden but without all the chair cushions which have just been delivered. We are most certainly confused and suspect that XL are as well given that they could never offer an explanation as to why it had all been so complicated.
Order fulfilled quite quickly but website offer to deliver on a certain day and am/pm which was paid for was not possible and neither could company say when or who would deliver. We were eventually told that we would get a phone call before delivery which was not the case and in the end after one failed delivery attempt we had to agree that if we were not at home, the delivery (which was large and costly) should be left outside. Not ideal.
