Fantastic customer services and excellent price for my phone

I rang up to see how far my order had got and was put through to a very helpful lady who answered all questions i had. Ok fair enough my order was downgraded by £5 due to some deep scratches but £49 for my Blackberry was still more that what other competitors were offering. No big deal really as it wasn't in perfect condition. Advisor was very helpful and chatty making my customer experience better than most places i've had to ring! Top Marks Bozowi!
