Ordered the product early january and received a few weeks later. When fitting the shower mixer to our bath taps, the fit was ok, however when the water was turned on there was serious leakage from the posterior side of the fittings. Additionally the rest of the water sprayed out of the shower tubing fittings which were continually tightened to no effect. The product was clearly faulty as none of the fittings were adequate even on a very low water pressure. Upon contacting Pioneer to ask about returns I received an email stating that they were sorry for inconvenience and asked for the order no. and postcode, which I went on to send. 2 weeks and 5 emails later I have still received no reply about how to move forward with this. I am very disappointed that they are unable to correspond effectively after purchasing a faulty product! DONT BUY FROM HERE.
