Thanks for getting in touch. I am sorry that you had such a long wait for your Amazon.co.uk Gift Certificate. This is not usually the case. We process Amazon payments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and it usually takes 24 hours or so to reach your account after processing. You may have requested your payment after processing on Thursday, which could have caused the delay. Please get back in touch if there is anything we can help with.
