My first experience with SDS was a delight, great range and superb communication.
SDS had a range of folderable brackets that I could not find else where. The ordering was simplicity it's self. The follow up e-mail confirmation was almost instant & the stock situation & despatch expectation soon followed. Then I received a delivery day with a 1 hour window, the courier was there 17 minutes into that window, superb!
Selection, ordering & receipt all with 2 days even though the item was not in stock at order stage. Every move was clearly communicated to me. I will use SDS again, thank you.

A stress free process from selection to order & delivery on time.
The Plumb Store web site was easy to navigate offering a great range with good information. The selecton & ordering process was simple & the confirmation paperwork by e-mail was concise & correct, confirming an actual delivery date.
The goods arrived on time & in perfect condition via their own transport & a very courtious driver. No problems anywhere & good value naturally, I will use them again.
