Confused

Excellent service!! Although I phoned to order the other day to be told this item was not on the list or it could be out of stock (Korean Ginseng)This was your 0800 number. However I phoned again on your other number and the lady took the order with no problems.I explained what happened -she didn't understand why I was told that and said she would look into it. This sort of thing could damage your good reputation. C.D Shapero..
