I bought a dress for my daughter which showed up on the website as £6. On checkout I was charged £8. Customer Services repeatedly told me that the dress was £8. Luckily I had taken a screen shot showing the price as £6. They have agreed to refund me, but have not refunded my card but given a credit to my account. Due to all the hassle this has caused I will not be ordering again. I am still trying to get the refund to my card. Such hard work, it shouldn't be this difficult, the service has been awful.
I was a little dubious about ordering a tree that I hadn't seen, but my Malus Red Sentinel arrived in perfect condition and the quality was far superior than those in my local garden centre. I had to phone to ask a couple of questions prior and the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. He coordinated despatch to arrive on my day off from work. I will be ordering from this company again as soon as some shrubs are back in stock.
