Always had good service off End & good products. Whilst this time hasn't been totally unsatisfactory & isn't your fault I guess, I'm not overly impressed with the lady I spoke to on the phone. A pair of NB576 Anniversary's turned up last week after I pre-paid in early December. Some other online retailers had them over 2 weeks ago available so I was a little put out it took another week to receive mine but was happy when they arrived. When I opened the box & inspected the shoes, they're were white marks on the suede uppers on both shoes in at least 4/5 places. Also there was a black mark (ink possibly) on the white sole on 1 shoe. I called the customer helpline & the lady initially asked for photo's, which I said OK to but was a little puzzled. Then she said actually we've got some 10's in stock still so just send them back & we'll send you another pair. I asked her to put a pair back for me to make sure that I definitely got a pair. She said she couldn't/wouldn't. I asked why, as the product is faulty so not my fault & I want to make sure I definitely still get what I paid for. She didn't say why just that she couldn't & then checked & said there's 37 pairs of 10's showing in stock so you should be OK. I reluctantly agreed & am waiting for my replacement pair now. I would of thought that given the product being faulty & given that I'd waited nearly 2 months for them so there kind of a big deal to me. That you would ensure that If requested you could put a pair back so that I would definitely get my purchase that I'd been waiting so long for & now had been delayed again & not have to risk not receiving them & being refunded? Aside from this I'd like to repeat I've had good service especially from Wells whose been very helpful in the past.
