Easy booking

NI Parcels was easy to book online and the printable labels are a great idea.
The actual company sourced to collect and deliver the parcels, let the service down ,DPD. The did not read the address and went to the hotel rather than the address of the offices listed. They proceeded to have quite a bad attitude to our hotel staff who were not associated with the service arranged. They were instructed of where exactly to go, as listed on the booking information and were told that there would be someone waiting for them to hand over the parcels. It should have only taken approximately 3 minutes to get to the correct office, however, they arrived 30 minutes later having kept the person standing waiting.
Following this, NI Parcels telephoned and apologized.

Hello, I am sorry to hear of the problems you had with DPD. We are now passing this information onto DPD who will look into this further. I am very sorry if the driver was rude to any of your staff, this is simply not good enough. I am glad you are happy with NI Parcels and found it easy to book online.
