Bought a Bodytrain vibration plate which is excellent and I love it. Delivery was a nightmare though and initial customer service from Sport & Leisure was just as bad. Overnight delivery meant I expected delivery on a Thursday so I took a day off work and waited for the delivery, and waited, and waited. At 4.30pm I rang Sport & Leisure to get confirmation of delivery and they said I would get delivery before 6pm. I waited and no delivery was made. The next morning I rang S&L again, they gave me the depot number. I asked if they could check on the delivery and was told they were unable to do this. I rang the depot who told me the delivery driver had run out of time the previous day and would make the delivery that day (Friday). They could not give me an ETA but said they would call me back with the details. They did not ring me back and I did not get a delivery. I phoned S&L at 4.55pm, [Name] said he would look into the delivery and call me back straight away. He did not return my call. I rang the depot but no answer. Saturday morning I rang S&L again and spoke to [Name] who was very helpful. Thank goodness I had found someone who was bothered. He took my details and phoned me back exactly when he said he would. He confirmed I would get delivery on Saturday and to call him if there were any further problems. The delivery did turn up on Saturday. Hooray! A big thank you to [Name]. Awful experience and would put me off ordering from Sport & Leisure UK again. Some compensation for this fiasco would be welcome.
