I contacted your help line and they advised me off the parts I required and directed me to your web site. After ordering the parts I required, I received a call from from your order dept asking if I had got the quantities on my order correct. I explained my reason for different quantities and I was informed the order would be dispatched that day. The order arrived after the weekend.
How many companies would both to check with a customer to make sure every thing was correct. This is called CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very well done to all your staff who dealt with my order
