The meat was fantastic. However, when I received my order the package containing the chicken had split, with chicken juice everywhere. Also I'd prefer it if the chicken was separated somewhat into smaller containers for easier freezing. Moreover, when I first placed an order with you, I received a confirmation email but the order was never dispatched. When I emailed you to see what was happening, I received no response. Great product, somewhat poor customer service; but the end result is what counts.
