I'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF

eFlorist took £50 out of my bank account, have never delivered any flowers and are ignoring all of my attempts to contact customer service. This is the worst service I have ever received, my mother's birthday was ruined and not only have I never had an apology, but the flowers have never arrived at all and I've had no refund.

Our Customer Service team have not been ignoring calls but you are likely to have experienced delays in answering calls in the build up to busy periods such as Valentines day. We are pleased to see that you have now spoken to our team to resolve this matter.
