Excellent customer service

I recently ordered a chess board, chess set and draught set for my husband. We have previously purchased outdoor games from Jaques and were pleased with the quality. On examination of the recent purchases the chess board had not quite been finished properly on one edge - I rang customer service and they immediately arranged to send a replacement, they asked me to examine this and when we were happy to ring them and they would arrange collection of the original board. Yes, it would have been perfect if the initial board was OK but in life sometimes things go wrong and it is how people deal with things that get remembered. I would certainly buy more products from Jaques - quality and customer service is excellent!!
