So yesterday I ordered a dress from Missguided with next day delivery (first ever order). This morning I got a text saying that it'd be delivered between 8am-6pm. It still is not here after hanging around all day. This is terrible a you have to pay extra for next day. AND what is the point if it doesn't come? WIth it being my first order, I have totally been put off from using Missguided in the future.

I am sincerely sorry to hear that your order was not delivered on time! DX can occasionally deliver up until 9pm if all orders have not delivered by 6pm.
