paid for delivery on a Saturday as no-one's in during the week - got a calling card the following Tuesday. Didn't know it was for the items which should have been delivered on the Sat as I was waiting on more parcels that week so maybe partially my fault for not having the time to check into it before... like I say out all week so finally got round to checking the tracker thing on website on Friday night - apparently there had been 3 failed deliveries for said parcels that week (only had one card) and of course they would be failed deliveries seen as they'd tried to deliver through the week. Spoke to Tesco to see what happened, who in turn spoke to City-Link who advised it needed to be picked up from depot as they'd tried to deliver 3 times and it's not policy to send out again. The depot is a 50 mile round trip, and I don't even know if my parcels will fit in my car when I get there (if I can get there before it's returned to sender)
