Could be more organized

I have order an item which I was really waiting for. However, later I received an email that item is out of stock. (When I was ordering, it is showed that item is in stock). Therefore, I am not sure when I will receive it. It really puts me out of the track. At least site could offer a little compensation for their mistakes.

As per our emails, we cannot apologise enough for the delay. As you are aware this product is manufactured in the USA and due to manufacturing issue with the product labels, our order has been delayed a couple of days longer than the expected arrival date. This is obviously out of our hands completely. Our stock levels on the website were set with respect to the expected delivery date of the stock here.

From our emails, I had believed that the delay was not going to cause you any inconvenience at all. I can confirm that the stock is expected by the end of this week and will obviously ship to you immediately.

We strive for only the very best in customer service and satisfaction. I hope this manufacturing fault has not caused you to feel our service has let you down in anyway.
