The bloody worst!!!!

These idiots delivered delivered a book to my house today and left the parcel in my recycling bin that was then emptied by the council. Now i have no book and down £19. Worst of all when I phoned Hermes to make a complaint they basically said that it wasn't there problem that I should contact the seller and have them issue another book, however the seller cant issue another book because it was an independent seller through Amazon and there was only one copy. Now I don't even know If I'll get my money back.
