10.01.2012 Placed order (for the egg plus ) and paid 9,558 DDK (~1750 US$)
02.03.2012 Web notice: expected delivery 16.05.2012
07.06.2012 delivery has moved to week starting: 30.08.2012
24.06.2012 We got the message: “We regret to announce that the delivery time for your order has unfortunately been delayed by up to 8 weeks. Delivery is still expected week starting 30.08.2012”
29.07.2012 Web notice: “We regret to announce that the delivery time for your order has unfortunately been delayed by up to 8 weeks. Delivery week starting: 10.09.2012”
15.09.2012 Web notice: delivery week starting: 19.11.2012
21.11.2012 Asked for a phone call for Friday, 23.11.2012 between 15 and 16
23/11/2012 [NAME REMOVED], INFURN Denmark calls – who informs us that the delivery is set for May 2013 – We kindly asked her to cancel the order, [NAME REMOVED]tells us the reimbursement process will be set in motion, and will take up to 30 working days. We agreed and asked for a confirmation email.
29.11.2012 Have not received a confirmation email – an email asking for confirmation of the cancellation of the order as agreed by phone 23/11/2012 with INFURN, was send.
05.12.2012 We receive an email from INFURN with the message: “I hereby cancelled order AU-112708 and reimbursement is set up. Processing time usually takes approximately 30 working days”
08.01.2013 Asking on progress on the reimbursement per email
17.01.2013 Asking on progress on the reimbursement per email – AGAIN - since we have nothing heard nothing from the email per 08.01.2013
22.01.2013 Asking on progress on the reimbursement per email AGAIN since we have nothing heard nothing from the email at 17.01.2013
23.01.2013 We receive an email with the message: “I am very sorry that you have not received your refund. I have sent your case forward to the accounts and made them aware that it has not yet gone through and they will try to rectify it”
24.01.2013 IFURN calls, but is not able to get the phone – voicemail received with the same message as in the email from 23.01.2013
29.01.2013 Asking on progress on the reimbursement per email AGAIN since we have heard nothing from since the call.
03.02.2013 Asked AGAIN to be called up by INFURN, call to be received: Wednesday, 06/02/2013 between 15 and 16
06.02.2013 We are NOT Called up but receive an e-mail with: currently no Danish-speaking staff available, We are unfortunately unable to contact you at the agreed time. We will contact you as soon as possible,
12.02.2013 WE STILL HAVE HEARD NOTHING!
