Poor communication

I was informed that my mattress would be delivered between 8am and 6pm on Friday 1st Feb. I took the day off work to stay in all day to receive it. However, it did not arrive and the office was shut after 5pm so I received no contact about this. Sat morning after many phone calls and emails, I finally managed to speak to someone who said the delivery company was shut until Monday. On Monday I was informed that the mattress would be delivered on Tuesday. My husband stayed at home to receive the delivery. However, at about 11 am I was contacted to say that there was another issue and it would be delivered on Wed instead. It did finally arrive on Wed but all in all we were thoroughly messed around!
