There were real people on the end of the phone when I had a query who were really helpful. My initial order couldn't be fulfilled due to a quality control issue. It was very reassuring to be sent an email explaining this and apologising. Not like some companies who would have sent out a substandard product and then deny there was anything wrong. As a sorry for being unable to fulfil my order, I was given a discount code valid for 12 months. I redeemed it immediately, received my replacement order and am delighted with the product.
