What's not to like.

Ordered a bike in the evening - contacted next day to say it's out of stock, but offered next model up for same price. Accepted, bike delivered in a couple of days, perfectly set up (even though courier clearly gave the box a bash). Very happy and have to recommend unreservedly on my experience. Thanks
