Ok however could of been better

Bath empire were really prompt with our order however the shower tray was out of stock - as we where happy to wait we continued although when receiving the shower tray they had sent the wrong one and the pli th was cracked. We therefore had to call and change this the team were good with dealing with it and luckily was all resumed within the week.

I apologise that your goods were damaged. We do try very hard to quality check all the goods leaving our warehouse but once they have left us we have no control of how the goods are treated.

I am glad we managed to resolve this quickly for you and I hope it does not stop you shopping with us again.
