The trouble began with your choice of delivery company. Royal Mail.
Not for the first time I had a nightmare with them.
And in the end the product had to be returned to you. So I got a refund.

We use Royal Mail as it's popular with customers, convenient and allows us to offer free delivery on orders but like all delivery companies things do go wrong from time to time. Despite the volumes sent this is rare for us, we do use a Tracked service for a high percentage of orders for peace of mind. All the tracking says is that 'delivery was refused' so I don't know the particular circumstances. I believe you have discussed the issue with a member of our customer services here and the parcel is on route back to us.
