Very pleased with the purchase and overall experience.

Initially the web site allowed us to order and pay for a bike out of stock, but Pedalon were quick to offer a choice of 2 alternatives. One was accepted, and this arrived in a few days with excellent packing and preperation. They have been quick and helpful to assist with some questions concerning the bike, and I have the feeling that they care about customer satisfaction. I have dealt with some more local bike shops to me, that I could certainly not say this about.
