Waited a month and a half for a single led light bulb. I constantly emailed the company with only generic emails returned about it being a busy period and someone would contact me asap. I repeatedly tried phoning the contact number provided and never got through to anyone. I finally lost patience and asked for a refund. This was the only time anyone responded and told me they would refund me immediately. After waiting another 2 weeks for a refund, i contacted my credit card company who refunded me and chased the money up themselves.
