I used to dread when a company said to me that they were sending something by Yodell, now it seems I have found another company to add to my avoid list. Was waiting in all day for an important delivery that had been sent out on a 24hr postage to me. Was picked up on time and put out on the van this morning yet as i write this at 10pm no parcel has arrived and being that I can see the entire end of our close let alone my drive way there has been no attempt to deliver either. The online tracking has it recorded as Service Fail, maybe XDP should consider using that as their company slogan?
Seems such a shame that the company I purchased it from has such excellent customer service ( email responded to in 5 mins ) yet such poor choice in delivery service providers. For this reason alone I will not be ordering from them again in future unless they ship via someone who will actually deliver when they are supposed too. I am now in the position where I will have to source the goods elsewhere at extra cost to myself to make sure they are ready for the weekend when they are required as I cannot rely on XDP ever actually delivering them :(. If you possibly can avoid this company and save yourself the hassle that I have suffered.
