Great service for hard to find products

I ordered through Cultpens several times now and each time they either deliver what was promised or more. My last order I requested 15 pens of the same type. They said they didn't have that many in stock and contacted me to give the option of sending what they had or waiting a few more days for stock to arrive (and therefore only incur the 1 shipping cost). I was impressed that they took the time to determine whether it was more important that I get some of my order quickly or whether I could wait and save money.
Apart from the service, I have always been happy with the products that I buy from them. I will be returning for my future pen desires.
