AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This so called company should be taken to court for all the lies and deceit they deal to their customers.
Big companies MUST stop using them as they have no customer care support at all for any customers expecting deliveries, they will completely refuse to entertain you if you have a problem.
They are also shady in the fact that there is NO contact numbers to call ANY depots.
How this fly by night company gets away with all this in this day and age is beyond me.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I have to tell sellers from whom i buy from that if they are going to use HERMES, just forget my order, thats what we all should do.
A total disgrace of a company!!!
