Wow, now that's unbelievable service!!!

I never bother writting reviews but felt inspired as an Interior designer fitting out a new executive show home price and speed of delivery are key to my reputation to clients. I Ordered a number of Phillips Nero spotlights which unfortunately on arrival one was found to be faulty. I sent an e-mail to explain the situation and within two days I received a replacement. More bad luck another as another light was found defective. This time I phoned and explained the situation and within an hour I've received an e-mail confirming a replacement is on its way. Great customer service. Use this company - the prices are very competitive and the service is one of the best I have ever received. You will not be disappointed.
