I purchased two Searchlight Lighting Lanterns from Salford Electrical Factors Ltd in
early December and their delivery service was first class.
On delivery I discovered that one of the lanterrns leaded glass segments to be broken. An e/mail,letter and a return phone call with their customer service department,
resulted in a timely dispatch of a replacement glass segment. This enabled the lights
to be in place for Christmas.
Accordingly, I have awarded them four stars. However, I am still awaiting the December
£10 M&S voucher!!
