Why shop anywhere else?

I bought 2 Pilot pens in my local supermarket & thought they were brilliant, especially for workings out in your cheque books & Sudoku. After they had run out, I had difficulty in finding anywhere that sold refills. After contacting Pilot pens the manager gave me this website address. WOW! So many styles, colours & amounts to choose from! I chose to have 2 packs of blue & one of black. I was told the amount, gave my name & address & was sent an email confirming the items had been "shipped"(very American)The items arrived the next day with a surprise! I had a free gift of a lovely rollerball cartridge pen & 3 spare cartridges, with a medium point. (I haven't opened it as yet as I'm enjoying using my refills!)If the refills last as long as the pens do, it will be a while before I reorder, but when I do, I know which website I'll be using!
