So I ordered a hard drive on the 23rd on Jan. Upon checking the order update on your website it said "awaiting fulfillment" but due on "4th Feb - 6th Feb". Today, the 7th Feb I call and ask where my order is. Only to be told theres been a delay with the supplier... and that it will be another week before I get my order. This is unacceptable, then when I ask for you to cancel the order and refund me you say 15 days to get my money back? So youve had my money for nearly a month and no order??

What you could have done differently:
- Contacted me to say there has been a delay and offer to cancel the order
- Offer me a refund on delivery to try and keep me to place the order
- Have a been a bit more empathetic about the entire thing.

I will not use you again, I will not recommend and will stay far away.
