Poor customer services (slow and with no chance to argue case!)

Very disappointed that a car insurance cash back offer was not allowed. When we asked quidco to look into it they simply said (after a number of weeks) it was not valid and did not offer any further explanation of why, or a chance to argue against the decision. We would not have gone for that car insurance if it wasn't for the cash back offer. We won't use Quidco cash back site again. Incidentally, it is interesting that this link to review Quidco only comes via an email saying that a payment has been paid (for something else) and not when they are refusing a payment making these reviews potentially biased.

We have this link in the payment emails because this is a review on ourselves, not any retailers featured on our site. If you wish to leave a review about the speed of cashback from the retailer then you are invited to do that on the retailers page.
