I have been using this product for some time, but recently purchased from Dolphin Fitness due to competitive pricing recommended by someone for speedy delivery and good customer service. Canot fault the service.

The Diet Whey product works and does what it says on the packet. For quick resutls, have one as a meal repalcement rather than having as a snack replacement and still consumming 3 meals a day. Strawberry is the best flavour.
