Very close to a 5 Star Experience

Good service, good products, well packed and promptly delivered. Very pleasant and helpful telephone support staff.
4 and three quarter stars only because of 2 minor annoyances.
1 - Victoria Plumb not returning a pre-purchase 'phone call
2 - Myself ( the customer) having to ask for technical information that could easily have been sent out with goods or included in the on-line advert.
In fairness the latter was supplied by email when requested.
I'd be happy to buy again from Victoria Plumb.
