I ordered some flowers for my daughters birthday and when she did not ring to thank me by 9.00pm I had to call her and see if anything had been delivered. She said no so had to spoil the surprise by telling her that I had ordered her some flowers but they had not shown up. Rang eflorist next day and was told the courier had delivered them to wrong department and she would get them a day late so not only was her surprise ruined because I had to tell her she did not get any flowers either. Up to time of writing still no flowers. They have offered me 50% discount back.
