Husband loves it

I bought an Explanar a few months back for my husband as he was complaining about not being able to practise enough due to the poor weather. He loves it and is always on it.

Complete disregard for the law

We recently gave our 2 months notice to end our contract on our rented flat, and shortly afterwards Greene & Co started to book viewings.

Unfortunately almost every viewing request we've received has been for that day, not providing the 24 hours notice they are legally required to give.

I've had 10+ conversations with the letting agents and even made a formal complaint to the head letting agent about this, but they continue to ask to view the flat without 24 hours notice.

We are buying a property and often have confidential documents on display in the flat, so it's not appropriate for strangers to be in our flat without the proper notice.

I'm at my wits end with Greene & Co and have unfortunately had to lodge an official complaint with The Property Osbudman over this.

Care UK

Great experience at a difficult moment in our lives

Putting a loved one into care is a very difficult, emotional experience to go through, but I wanted to write a review of Care UK as they made what was a difficult time so much easier.

From the person I spoke to on my initial enquiry to the home manager everyone has been fantastically helpful and incredibly kind over this difficult period.

I'd highly recommend Care UK's care homes to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

Nigel O'Hara Diamond Jewellers

Would not use ever again

I found the Nigel O'Hara through Google Shopping and they were offering a fantastic deal on the watch I had been looking to purchase.

Made my order on Friday 3rd of Jan at 5pm, but 10 DAYS later still waiting for delivery.

Website stated that the economy delivery would take 3-5 days once dispatched which seemed reasonable and inline with other site's economy delivery option.

Unfortunately what the website didn't clearly state was that dispatching times are snail pace. I received an email on the 8th Jan (5 days later - 3 working days) saying my order had only just been dispatched!

Now 5 days later (3 working days) I am still waiting for my order.

I have contacted customer care about the speed of delivery and received an email thanking me for my patience, but no explanation as to why delivery was so slow.

EDITED: I have now received a response to my customer care enquiry letting me know that my order will now not complete this week but NEXT week. I have advised them to cancel the order and refund me due to the unacceptable level of service.

UPDATE:
Nigel O'Hara processed my refund quickly and with no questions, but later reported my review on TrustPilot. I can see this is the case with many other negative reviews and agree with the review who said Nigel O'Hara do not want people to know the truth about their poor service. I would advise against using this site and have amended my star rating according.

Such a shame as they have an opportunity to step up with their customer care and respond to their users on Trustpilot/communicate order statuses clearly before it gets to the Trustpilot stage and they are shooting themselves in the foot.

Phones

So far, so good...

I was pretty nervous about using this company based on other reviews, but they were offering the iphone 5s for £33 a month with automatic cashback, so the deal seemed too good to refuse and I took my chances.

Phone arrived the next day as promised and everything was as it should be. I had a bit of a struggle getting it to work and had no signal at all. Popped into the Vodafone store and they told me the SIM hadn't been activated, so if this is a problem for you try activating your SIM.

So far no complaints and would recommend. Hope I'm not tempting fate!

atom42

No confusing marketing speak, just great results

I worked with atom42 last year on a campaign and was really impressed with the service I received from them.

In the past I have worked with online marketing companies who use a lot of confusing language and don't get great results, but atom42 were the complete opposite. They explained everything they were doing clearly and simply to me (not an online marketing expert!) and improved the sales I was seeing through my site considerably. They're also a very friendly company, which made working with them a pleasure.

I would recommend them to any business looking for a reputable online marketing agency.
