Ken came to see me yesterday 6th Feb and actually listened to what I had to say, with reasons why I needed advice on equity release funds, but on the basis of paying monthly, interest only. I felt extremely ' comfortable ' talking with Ken and did not feel any pressure on all the various options that were presented and came to a result that I wanted. He also provided me with crucial information on my savings, if I/or, my husband went into care to ensure that others had access to our funds, when needed. This was something I hadn't even thought about. Ken supported me and understood exactly what I needed...he is a lovely person to talk with and best of all no ' sales jargon ' !.
