This was to be my first purchase from you. I was attracted by the fact I was ordering from an established retailer, 5 year warranty and a competitive price. Unfortunately I had to cancel the order as I found out on the agreed delivery day that the TV would not be arriving. I only found this out by calling myself to check on the status. I'd taken a day off to take delivery. Delivery the next day was possible but very inconvenient. In the end another retailer agreed to match your price and deliver the same day, hence my decision to cancel. The only saving grace was the help and apologies received from Paula in Logistics who was very professional in the circumstances.
