I ordered frames and lenses but did it through a very helpful customer service agent named Louis. Unfortunately, one or the other of us miscommunicated and I received lenses without AR coating and not polished. I'm currently located in Australia and while the thought of having to go through the process wasn't pleasant, Louis confirmed they'd re-do the order and charge me the difference.
I sent them back and they noticed some blemishes on the frames. Not only did they replace the lenses (about $300) they replaced the frames and sent them back exactly as they'd promised.
The fact that they stuck with the sale and stood by their product is a testament to the quality of the company.
I'd certainly do business with them again.
