Ordering process was good and easy. However delivery was shocking. At no point was I given a delivery date. The first I knew about delivery was when I got and email from 247 blinds telling me that UKMail had been unable to deliver and could I advise on redelivery. I told them I would be in the next day and they rearrange delivery for then. I've been waiting in all day to be told that the delivery company has been and there was no answer. No one was at my door to deliver and i'm a bit annoyed to have wasted a day waiting.
It would have been good to have been given a delivery day in the first instance and it would have been good if the courier actually went to my address when they said they did.
Refund requested and order cancelled. I'll go elsewhere in future.
