Took order and payment on out of stock product, then when I emailed to see why it hadn't arrived I got no reply.
I ordered on a Sunday and it arrived on a Monday one week later, no big deal but not the exceptional service I had read about.
Product was a Silky "Apple" saw. Certainly very sharp when new but seems less so after 4 days of use. Light as a feather and easy to use.
I have used Bahco 21" bow saws for decades, the Silky is better but it is not £40 worth of better. No regrets but when it needs replacing I won't be buying the same again. Not disappointed as such, just too overpriced in my opinion.
