Sam is deserving of 5 stars but the rest of the company only deserves 3 at the moment.

Sam should be used as an example of how customer service should be delivered!! After chasing a parcel for 7 weeks and being told by numerous useless representatives that they have done what I asked, it took me kicking off on Facebook to find someone (Sam) that had the skills, intelligence and integrity to do what so many others had failed at. It's a shame not everyone can provide the same level of service as Sam has, the world would be a happier place if there was. Top marks Sam
