When the business grew and it came time to get our own offices, we found that Regus refered to a hidden clause that meant we had t continue paying them for a service that we didn’t need or use for a further 13 months. No amount of reasoning would persuade them to change. Then to rub salt in the wound when one payment was made a few days due to a simple administrative error they charged us £34 for the late payment. There are other examples of hidden charges - we were once charged £20 to use their wifi for less than an hour for example.
We tell everybody we know to avoid Regus and if you are thinking of using them, we urge you to think again.
